ONE hundred two distressed overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) arrived in Manila on Friday morning, January 20, 2023, from Kuwait after they were repatriated by the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (Owwa) and the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW).
