KUWAIT: Minister of Information and Culture and Minister of State for Youth Affairs, Abdulrahman Al-Mutairi, inaugurated the KLand tourism and entertainment project on Thursday, a collaborative initiative between the Tourism Projects Company, Zain, Kuwait International Bank and Sheeel.
